This is my first original robot design. I have built robots before, but I’ve never designed one entirely myself. The purpose of this robot is to be an affordable, expandable, customizable, and educational robotics platform. The design utilizes common hardware and easy to print parts to balance itself on 2 wheels. The rest of the configuration is up to the person building it. Some possibilities include; a telepresence robot, a jousting robot, a pet assistant, or even a butler. The entire project is open source so feel free to use these files in any way you wish. Please post a comment or a make on thingiverse if you do any work on this project. I will post a github repository with code when it is complete.
