Just getting started with this type of photography. It is very difficult as there are many factors working against you, the weather, the lack of light, the motion of the earth, biting insects, math, finding Polaris, the list goes on. But it is rewarding to finally succeed in capturing an image of astronomic proportions. I still have a lot to learn but I’m sure I will be out shooting whenever the conditions are right. Even with their imperfections these first few images are very motivating.
